Thomas Family Essentials LLC offers an optional Shipping Protection Plan to provide customers with additional security against loss, damage, or theft of goods during transit. The Shipping Protection Plan is automatically selected in your cart prior to checkout and is priced at 10% of your total order value. By deselecting this option, you acknowledge and agree that Thomas Family Essentials LLC is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items after shipment.

Coverage:
The Shipping Protection Plan covers the cost of replacement or refund for items lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit, provided the protection was purchased at the time of order. Coverage does not extend to delays caused by customs, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Filing a Claim:
To submit a claim under the Shipping Protection Plan, you must contact us within 48 hours after your delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Claims must include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and all supporting documentation (such as photos of damage, tracking information, or proof of non-delivery). All claims are subject to verification and approval by Thomas Family Essentials LLC.

Exclusions:
The Shipping Protection Plan does not cover:

  • Orders for which the protection plan was not purchased
  • Delays due to customs, natural disasters, or force majeure
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but not received
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer

Liability Waiver:
If the Shipping Protection Plan is not purchased, Thomas Family Essentials LLC disclaims all liability for lost, damaged, or stolen items after shipment. Customers who did not purchase the plan are not eligible for replacement or compensation in such cases.

Resolution:
Approved claims under the Shipping Protection Plan may result in replacement of the affected item(s) or a full refund (If your claim was submitted within the proper time frame), or store credit (if your claim was submitted outside of the proper time frame), at the sole discretion of Thomas Family Essentials LLC, in accordance with our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
